The two parties discussed in our disclaimer policy are lil-help.com and the customer.

The responsibility of lil-help.com is to perform homework assistance services to customers in exchange for advanced compensation as agreed upon between the customer and lil-help.com.  lil-help.com completes its side of the agreement on the condition that the customer is satisfied with the completed assignment mentioned above.   Assignment instructions are given by the customer and the company's only responsibility is to satisfy the customer based on the instructions provided.

In the event where the customer is not satisfied with performed service, the company shall revise the assignment under supervision of the customer as long as the instructions do not exceed what was indicated in the original assignment instruction.

In the event where the company has not met the assignment instructions or provided unsatisfactory service,  lil-help.com will offer partial to full refund depending on circumstances.  The customer may be required to provide documentary proof of non-satisfaction.
